These partner terms apply to plumbing companies that apply for, claim, or manage a business storefront on Lenexa Plumbing Pros.
Business eligibility
Partners must represent a real plumbing business serving the listed coverage area. Business names, phone numbers, service areas, licensing details, photos, and descriptions should be accurate and kept current.
Ownership verification
Storefront access requires ownership verification or marketplace approval. Admin-created storefronts may be claimable, but dashboard access is granted only after review.
Marketplace standards
Partners may not submit misleading information, fake reviews, false credentials, spam leads, or impersonate another company. The marketplace may reject, suspend, or remove accounts that break trust or create risk for homeowners.
Leads, estimates, and customer communication
Partners are responsible for their own response times, pricing, estimates, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, and customer communication. Homeowners choose whether to contact or hire a listed business.
Payments and future payment tools
The marketplace may add payment, invoice, ledger, payout, refund, or subscription tools in the future. If enabled, partners may need to accept additional terms, provide verification details, and follow payout, dispute, and refund rules. At the current stage, payments are handled directly between contractors and homeowners.
Start or claim a profile
New businesses can begin at the business portal. Existing businesses can use the claim profile flow.
