Lenexa Plumbing Pros connects homeowners with independent plumbing contractors. These terms describe the relationship between homeowners, listed contractors, and the marketplace itself.
What the platform is — and isn't
The marketplace lists independent plumbing companies serving Lenexa, Johnson County, and the wider Kansas City metro. The platform is not a plumbing company and does not send its own plumbing crews or perform plumbing work.
Independent contractor responsibility
Contractors are independent businesses. They are responsible for licensing, insurance, taxes, pricing, estimates, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, jobsite safety, and customer service.Lenexa Plumbing Pros does not guarantee work quality, response times, prices, or project outcomes.
Homeowner responsibility
Homeowners are responsible for deciding whether a contractor is a good fit. Before approving work, confirm license status where required, insurance, service area, price, timing, warranty terms, and any payment instructions directly with the contractor.
Quote requests
Quote requests sent through the marketplace are surfaced to listed plumbing companies serving your area. Each company decides independently whether to respond. The marketplace doesn't guarantee response time, pricing, or availability.
Payments
Payments are currently handled directly between homeowners and contractors. Lenexa Plumbing Pros does not process, hold, escrow, or guarantee payments. Any payment schedule, receipt, refund, dispute, or collection issue is handled directly with the contractor.
Use of the site
Don't scrape, copy, or republish listings or content without permission. Don't submit fake quote requests, fake reviews, abusive messages, or impersonate listed plumbing companies. The platform may remove, suspend, or limit users and businesses that misuse the marketplace or create trust and safety concerns.
Liability
The marketplace is provided as-is. Lenexa Plumbing Prosisn't responsible for the work performed, missed appointments, pricing disputes, or warranty claims between homeowners and the plumbing company they hire.
