What we collect

• Quote requests. If you submit a quote request, we collect the name, contact info, address area, and project details you provide so listed plumbing companies can respond.
• Request and job activity. We store operational activity such as estimates, messages, appointment updates, invoice status, review requests, and support history so the request workflow can be tracked.
• Account info (plumbers). If you list your business, we collect business name, contact details, licensing, insurance, and coverage information used in your profile.
• Site usage. We use standard web analytics to understand which pages and listings get the most engagement.

How we use information

We use personal and request information for marketplace operation: account access, contractor responses, estimates, scheduling, invoices, support, abuse prevention, and communication tied to a request. We do not sell personal data.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information to data brokers.
• We don't sell personal data for advertising.
• We don't resell quote requests to multiple unrelated contractors and let them race to your inbox.
• We don't operate trucks ourselves — independent plumbing companies handle the work directly with you.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for essential site functionality and basic, anonymized analytics. We don't use cross-site advertising trackers.
